Kathmandu: Bindhyabasini Hydropower Company IPO opens today. Bindhyabasini Hydropower Development Company Limited (BHDCL) IPO has been issued for the general public.

A total of 15,00,000 units IPO shares worth Rs. 15 crore have been issued to the general public from Jestha 20, 2079. The early closing date of this issue is on Jestha 25, 2079 and if it is not fully subscribed then it will be extended up to Ashadh 03, 2079. But it will be oversubscribed within the early deadline.

According to Sanima Capital Limited, the issue manager of the IPO issuance, Out of the offered 15,00,000 units; 4% of the total offered shares (60,000 units) have been secured for the employees of the company and 5% of the total offered shares (75,000 units) have been allocated for the mutual funds. The remaining 13,65,000 units have been issued to the general public.
