White Lotus Power appoints Nepal SBI Merchant Banking for IPO management, focusing on local investors.

White Lotus Power Limited has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited as the issuance and sales manager for the issuance and sale of 12,00,000 units of ordinary shares affected by its public offering at a par value of Rs. 100 per share, representing 26% of its issued capital.

Concerning this agreement, Mr. Lekhnath Pokhrel, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Executive Officer of Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, and Mr. Suman Kumari Joshi, Executive Director of White Lotus Power Limited, have signed the agreement.

White Lotus Power Limited has been constructing the Hidikhola Hydropower Project in Bhulbule, Lamjung District, utilizing the water of the Hidi River, with a capacity of 6.82 megawatts.
