The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has informed that electrical distribution lines will be grounded for maintenance work, leading to power outages in different areas of Kathmandu.

In a notice issued on Saturday, NEA stated that power interruptions will occur in the Kusheshwar Distribution Center, Kirtipur Distribution Center, and Jorpati Distribution Center.

These areas will experience power cuts from May 5-10, between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

During this period, electricity supply will be halted to facilitate the installation of underground power distribution lines at these locations.
