Nepal Telecom has expressed sadness over unauthorized activities causing damage to its BTS towers in Humla district, Karnali Province, disrupting the services provided.

The incident occurred at the Barai Micro BTS in Sarkegad Municipality-05, where solar panels, VSAT equipment, and earthing cables were damaged on Dec 19.

Due to the remote geographical location, repair work may take some time, and services will be restored as soon as possible.

The company apologizes for the inconvenience caused to customers and urges the public not to engage in activities that harm public property or infringe upon the right of citizens to access uninterrupted communication services.
